LimbO Products - Waterproof Protection for Casts and Dressings

Having fractured my left wrist and in plaster for 6 weeks I was about to enbark on a holiday in Norfolk
As a keen walker and wanted to still get out in all weather saw this item wilst ordering the waterproof cover and whilst the cover would have kept it dry it would not be warm so thought I would give this a try
Well certainly put it to test! the week we chose it was heavy snow and tempratures below -16
Covering my plaster with a thermal sock -gloves or mittens were useless and then covering it with the Limbo Weather Protector it was Brilliant - we went out one morning @ 5am - 9 degrees to see the wader spectacular @ high tide and as a precaution I did insert a hand warming pouch into the end of the protector -it worked a treat

This product was purchased for some one who had a splint in place for six weeks. The arm protector has been excellent great for keeping dressing clean and allowing for outdoor use. I would highly recommend this product.

Looks very good but I have not tried it yet as it has not rained but snowed!!

This has been marvellous! With temperatures down to -4 and frosty, frosty mornings, it kept my foot warm and dry, there was even room for a layer of bubble wrap under my foot for extra protection and warmth. Wouldn't go out without it, so important to have the right "tools" to do the job and keep going as much as possible. Have just started walking on my broken ankl e and have been able to put the sandal over the top. Excellent, can't praise it highly enough.

Super for keeping your cast dry and your hand nice and warm when outdoors. Very pleased with the weather protector.

A very good buy. I have been out and about safe in the knowledge by bad foot is dry and warm. My daughter has a pony so I am constantly up the yard helping her out, this product has made it possible for me to contiue this even with a broken foot.

Exactly as described. Worth an investment for anyone wanting to go outside in wet/inclement conditions who is in a surgical shoe.

Very very happy with product worked well with the toe cosy , I have just been to Finland on holiday for ten days where it was -15c and my leg with the toe cosy and out cast sleve was warmer than my other foot which I had a thermal boot on so 10 out of 10 for this product it is fantastic

I was adviced to not get my cast wet under no circumstances do I bought this product to use even if it was not raining as people will always spill drinks in pubs etc very good product, a must buy

Good quality protection allowing reasonable hand and thumb movement. Has been a boon this winter especially in the rain. I am not sure how much garden-work wear it would take as in the picture, considering that the waterproofing may be affected. Excellent product.
